Born in Hay-on-Wye, hayfolk.co is an independent record label built on a simple belief: great music grows stronger through community and collaboration.

The “.co” represents more than a domain name. It stands for collaboration, community, and cooperative. We’re creating a space where local artists can connect, create, record, and release music together, while supporting one another every step of the way.

Our vision is to grow hayfolk.co into a true cooperative, giving artists a shared home at a label and a platform that champions creativity over convention. From intimate EP releases to collaborative projects, we want to help musicians tell their stories on their own terms.

Inspired by the creativity and character of Hay-on-Wye, we’re building a home for independent music that values authenticity, mutual support, and lasting relationships.
